Self help, Starring Brinke Stevens   258

Brinke is on her way to a badly needed self help seminar when her car breaks down. She can't decide what to do (that's why she needs the seminar) but eventually tries to go cross country for help. Obviously a quicksand pit intervenes. She is terrified at first but eventually discovers she isn't sinking anymore, although she is still stuck. Then she realizes how to get free and things become MUCH better. In the end she no longer needs the seminar.

Julie goes to the jungle for a photo shoot with Fred the photographer and her friend Samantha. After Fred is killed by an arrow the two models try to flee but Julie is hit by a poisoned blowgun dart. When she wakes up she finds herself topless and suspended over a pit of quicksand. What happens to Samantha is shown in a different scene.
